Do you help install the program?
Yes, we do everything to set up the help at your clinic. In-person help in certain locations
How quick is the setup process?
We can provide our own computer for free that has the program ready. It'll take us 30 min to input the sign-in info and to link your patient chart.
If there is an issue, what support do you provide?
You can always message us the problem you're having, and we will remotely do fixes same-day.
How does it sort through the documents?
The program is able to visually understand what is showing on the screen and react on it.
How does it use the mouse and keyboard?
The program also has function to send input to carry out actions based on that is visible on screen.
